With growing support from the mold making and plastics communities, iWarriors.org now offers their tablet program to wounded veterans from all branches of the US Armed Forces who suffer from traumatic brain injury. Although the majority of support comes from AMBA members, iWarriors.org encourages all Americans to join in to support our wounded service members. iWarriors is a 100% volunteer-run organization enabling us to maximize the percentage of each sponsor’s contribution that goes back to our veterans.
We hope you will join us in our cause.
The iWarriors mission is to assist severely injured veterans of all branches of the Armed Forces by providing them with personalized tablets to aid in their return, recovery, and reintegration. With the help from members of the American Mold Builders Association, MoldMaking Technology Magazine, and others we can honor and assist these brave men and women.
Since the retirement of its founders, Kim and Tim Bartz, iWarriors has been taken over as of December 1, 2019 by STAR Charities who will continue the program. STAR Charities founder Don Starkey, reflected on the transition, “We’ve seen the Bartzs’ dedication firsthand, not only through AMBA activities but also through our i-Sledders charity snowmobile ride that we organized in 2015. Our team is honored to help our heroes in need by taking up the torch that the Bartzs initiated.”
The iWarriors program is ran via an executive committee of volunteers. The Executive Committee consists of Don Starkey, Glenn Starkey, Jacob Niggemann, and Erick Robbins
