Hoka Hey Motorcycle Challenge
Larry's ride was completed successfully, and $23,445 was raised!
August 4th, Larry Patten started raising funds for iWarriors by riding the Hoka Hey Motorcycle Challenge.
The Hoka Hey Challenge is a motorcycle ride that challenges riders to follow a prescribed route of 10,000 miles in 10 to 14 days. The directions were written out and use of GPS was prohibited. Also, riders had to sleep outside with their bikes. It was an extreme challenge that necessitates riding 20 hours a day regardless weather conditions. This year the route took them from Key West, Florida to Homer, Alaska.
Larry’s goal was to raise over $15,000 for iWarriors. All donations went 100% to iWarriors since he was financing his expenses for this challenge. Click here for more information and to access the trip tracker.
Let’s give back to those who have sacrificed so much for us!!!
