It’s been a loooooong year with all this COVID. I personally am thankful that there are organizations like this still around when it seems everyone/everything doesn’t seem to care anymore. With everything going on in the world it’s a godsend to know that people still care for their veterans and this gift couldn’t have come at a more needed time. It’s been a struggle picking up work as an interstate contractor who works with fossil energies and a lot of people like myself did not qualify for unemployment. So financially, it’s been a really tough year and I’ve been in a dire need of a better/newer computer, especially for VA telehealth visits (it’s how the VA has been doing appointment all year).
